Type 2 SVD and Type 3 SVD vibrating screens

It is designed to work in a process line for processing aggregates and minerals.

Vibrating sieves type 100

They are used for screening and sorting of dry and wet ores, rock and other materials under severe working conditions.

Vertical pumps of the PRB type with a capacity of 60 to 1 400 m3/h and pressure from 5 to 20 m c. are designed for transporting products in the processing of ores, minerals, sands and other hydro-mixtures.

Horizontal Slurry Pumps

They are designed for transporting slurries (sludges) that are produced during the processing of ore or other non-ore minerals, sands and other abrasive mixtures.

Hydrocyclone

It serves to separate small granular particles from rock or ore mechanically mixed with water or heavy slurry.

Spiral classifier

It is used for classification - separating the finely ground particles from the coarser ground particles in a given pulp, i.e. the particles mixed with water.

Plastic Pitter PP 800 x 4

It is designed for uniform feeding of bulk materials from the receiving hopper to the working machines. It can be used for transporting heavy and abrasive materials with piece sizes up to 200 mm.

Grader Bucket

It is designed for scooping of bulk materials with a piece size of up to 80 mm and a density of 3 t/m3.

Downhole Pump PZP-2

It is used for pumping water from the bottom of shafts, galleries and tunnels.

Drilling Mine Hammer

Used for drilling horizontal or inclined holes in soft or medium hard rocks.

Pounding Hammer

The action of the hammer is based on the transmission of the impact load on the working tool (awl) by a piston, which moves reciprocally - stepwise in a cylinder by the energy of the working fluid (compressed air).

Rollers for conveyor belts

Monek Bulgaria AD produces rolls of various diameters and lengths for rubber conveyor belts. Their performance complies with BDS 7523-69
