Vibrating sieves type 100

They are used for screening and sorting of dry and wet ores, rock and other materials under severe working conditions. The vibrator is centrifugal. It is attached to the vibrating frame of the sieve. The way in which the vibrating frame is suspended relative to the movable screen frame and the fact that the screening surfaces have different inclinations are a prerequisite for carrying out complex movement of the vibrating frame with the screening surfaces.

The first screening area on which the material is fed performs an elliptical motion, where the major axis of the ellipse is directed along the length of the screen. Therefore, the fed material spreads quickly on the screening surface. Subsequent cutting surfaces perform a circular motion. The subsequent screening surface also performs an elliptical motion, but with its large upward axis and screening speed, becomes small before the material leaves the screen. As a consequence of these features, the sieve performance is high.

Another feature of the sieve is that the sieving surface consists of individual rods. They can be individually replaced.

Due to this feature and their low maintenance cost, these sieves have high demand in the market.
