Drilling Mine Hammer

Used for drilling horizontal or inclined holes in soft or medium hard rocks. The hammer piston performs a reciprocating motion. On the working stroke, it strikes on the tail of the drilling tool.

When the piston reciprocates, the drilling tool is rotated to a certain angle. This is set automatically with each stroke of the piston.

The hammer is operated with a handle that has 4 positions:

• Normal operation;
• Rumble;
• Wait;
• Intensive purging.

To flush and remove the destroyed material, water is fed from the hole through a central tube into the hammer and drilling tool. Next, the water flows out of the flushing hole of the drilling head of the tool. The water pressure should be less than the air pressure.

Before the first use, the hammer should be developed idle for one hour. The air should be richly oiled. When developing, the air pressure should be increased gradually.

The hammer can be stored indoors for up to two years.
